This week flew by! Students are hard at work on their music video projects, they got audition information, we studied for our theory tests next week, and started work on our ensemble songs for the May concert.

Large Canvas Paintings
We are using old/ugly canvas frames to make sound panels in our new Sound Studio. If you happen to have anything in your garage or see a large piece at a thrift store, please send it in. We would like to be up and running with the new studio next week.
Angels Game
Tickets will go on sale this weekend for the Angels game. This is an optional event open to all choirs. Students who participate will have to sell at least three tickets. This will include a performer ticket for themselves and 2 spectator tickets. You can sell as many as you want. Students will find their own way to the game and parents will be responsible for them as soon as they are done performing. Detailed schedule and pricing can be found here

Audition information is up!
Auditions for next year will be held in April for both McAuliffe and Los Al High. Vocal auditions are online via Google Classroom and dance auditions will be held in person. All students currently enrolled in choir will submit an audition to either me or the high school as part of their grade for the class.
