THIS WEEK IN CHOIR

Hello Choir Families,

We also have a few ongoing positions we still need to fill. Contact Jen Steece at jmahan7@gmail.com if you are able to help out with any of the following.

Financial Secretary: Assist Jessica in filling cash bins for shows, reconciling ticket orders for Knott’s and Angels Game, counting cash and tracking Venmo orders after events.
Lead Parents for Sound Waves and Soul Men: You will arrange social activities for the choirs, collect snack donations for after school rehearsals and competitions, organize in class parties, travel to competitions and be a familiar face for the kids to go to if the directors are busy. The kids got their sets today and they want to organize watch parties for the movies. That would be a fun activity as well.
Costume, Hair and Makeup Coordinator: Assist Mrs. Wallace and Kylie in choosing and styling costumes, creating looks for hair and make up, and helping the students get ready on show days. You will also pack the show bag for competitions with all of the styling products and extra costume pieces.

No More Paper Towels Rolls

You all really came through with the paper towel rolls. We have enough for all of the guys and about 15 to spare. Thank you to all who donated those.

Costumes

I’ve been talking with the kids in class about costumes and we will be doing fittings Oct 4th. The boosters will be supplying some of the costume pieces, and students will provide the rest. If you find you have extra of anything, please consider sending that in so we make sure everyone has what they need.
